A medium-sized company wants to develop middle managers and strengthen their role. As technical experts, these managers are also involved in operational work. They sometimes lack leadership skills and leadership tools. Overall, the management team is quite young.


To carry out a modular in-house seminar series for managers from various business areas over a period of one year. The focus is on various topics such as, leadership attitudes, leadership instruments, team development, and conflict management. The training courses live from a mixture of methods: short inputs alternate with practical exercises and experimentation, structured sharing of experiences and peer-consulting casework.

The leadership training was really successful and exceeded our expectations.
